*Hit's head on table...*this year is really an acive year for me..I've been having lotsa competitions..and it's not swimming..but rather RUNNING..
Tomorrow is my corse country competition..representing my school..nuu..despite my small size..I have lotsa dis-advantages..T.T..
I never liked running when i was young because I get tired easily and I hated sweating..I would also not bring my gym clothes to school so that I could skip all the running..But as the years past by..Things started to change to the better..

I started getting numbers is corse country and eah year my number jump..in 2008 I got 12 placing..in 2009 I got 6th placing..In 2010..I got 2nd placing..=)..and so I made it into representing my school for corse country..went to see the road today..It was 6km for the girls and 8km for the guys..

I'm not aiming for any number..but just doing my best..I'm suppose to have my exams today and tomorror..but I'll have to take them on monday..=(..I'm having prefect's camp..(this is tourture i tell you..tourture!!!!)It's on Thursday until Saturday..I get a day rest that is on Sunday..

The Stress:
After my one day rest it's back to running again..This time I'm representing my school for 4x100,400m and 800m..No one asked me permision before they even register my events..I was quite pist when I found out..but hey..you can't change the past..but you can change the future..=)..so all I have to do is give it my best..(And try not to get injurt during the tourturous camp..>.>...Chow...=)

Abandon Of Animals...

This pup was found in the drain by my dad near his friend's house. It's owner had throw her away for no reason just because it was "boring"..Her chain was stuck under my dad's car,so my dad untangle it's chain..the next day, towards horror this poor dog was hit by a lorry.
It was still alive but both it's hind legs were terribley crush. It manage to craw all over the place just by it's front paw.Lucky my dad's friend had an empty house near by(bout 15m away)So he put it there..

My dad left it there for 3days because he did not know the (cruel)owner did not want her anymore..When my dad came back to check on her,he was shock to find her in the drain filled with water up till it's chest.

We suspect it did not eat for 3DAYS because when my dad bough chicken rice for her,she did NOT CHEW,she just goobled all the food up.
Now she's doing fine and walking propely, but we still need to find her a GOOD owner..since the cruel,no heart, stupid, bitch, dumb ass, brainless, psyco lady had abandon her in a terrible condition.she even admid that it was hers and she did not want it anymore.

So PLEASE,anyone, please adop this poor pup who did not do anything to deserved this kinda life.I sadly can't take it in because I have already one at home. And neighbour's might complain,so please people who is reading this,PLEASE spread the news about animal cruelty. Please to not support abandon of animals..they are living things too.

No Name,Hoping for an owner..soon..

When undercover investigators made their way onto Chinese fur farms, they found that many animals are still alive and struggling desperately when workers flip them onto their backs or hang them up by their legs or tails to skin them. When workers on these farms begin to cut the skin and fur from an animal's leg, the free limbs kick and writhe. Workers stomp on the necks and heads of animals who struggle too hard to allow a clean cut.

When the fur is finally peeled off over the animals' heads, their naked, bloody bodies are thrown onto a pile of those who have gone before them. Some are still alive, breathing in ragged gasps and blinking slowly. Some of the animals' hearts are still beating five to 10 minutes after they are skinned. One investigator recorded a skinned raccoon dog on the heap of carcasses who had enough strength to lift his bloodied head and stare into the camera.

Before they are skinned alive, animals are pulled from their cages and thrown to the ground; workers bludgeon them with metal rods or slam them on hard surfaces, causing broken bones and convulsions but not always immediate death. Animals watch helplessly as workers make their way down the row. Undercover investigators from Swiss Animal Protection/EAST International toured fur farms in China's Hebei Province, and it quickly became clear why outsiders are banned from visiting.

There are no regulations governing fur farms in China—farmers can house and slaughter animals however they see fit. The investigators found horrors beyond their worst imaginings and concluded, "Conditions on Chinese fur farms make a mockery of the most elementary animal welfare standards. In their lives and their unspeakable deaths, these animals have been denied even the simplest acts of kindness." On these farms, foxes, minks, rabbits, and other animals pace and shiver in outdoor wire cages, exposed to driving rain, freezing nights, and, at other times, scorching sun.

Mother animals, who are driven crazy from rough handling and intense confinement and have nowhere to hide while giving birth, often kill their babies after delivering litters. The globalization of the fur trade has made it impossible to know where fur products come from.

China supplies more than half of the finished fur garments imported for sale in the United States. Even if a fur garment's label says it was made in a European country, the animals were likely raised and slaughtered elsewhere—possibly on an unregulated Chinese fur farm. The only way to prevent such unimaginable cruelty is never to wear any fur. Take PETA's pledge to be fur-free today!
